"Recently my wife and I where looking to purchase a bigger home. We had contacted other real estate agents and they had always been there for us but on there own schedule. Being shift-workers we needed an agent that was able to meet us whenever and wherever.
In April of this year we contacted Ray Poitras in regards to a new home listed on his website. We were impressed with Ray's website and how easy it was to use. We where also abslutely astonished at the quick response from Ray to meet us to show us some new homes. Ray was able to show us a home that not only suited our needs but was in our bedget. Ray took time to listen to what we were looking for in a home and what area we would like to live in. Because of Ray's dedication we had a new home purchased in three days after the first meeting. Ray and his team member Didi were very helpful in listing our home that we were living in at the time. It was little things like Didi stopping by after a full day of work to explain forms, and have documents signed, or Ray sitting down with us to go over the new home design to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Ray would call us frequently to tell us about what had been done in our new home and how the progress was going with selling our home. Within 2 weeks our home was sold by Ray for a value that was expected.
Ray had given advice on which Lawyer's to contact and which banks to use so we could get "the best bang for our buck". I have referred Ray and his team member Didi to co-workers, friends and family because they are efficient, knowledgeable, decicated and honest. Ray and Didi do truly treat you like you are someone special and go the extra distance to ensuire that your home sale or purchase can be enjoyable and something you can remember for years to come.

We bought a cottage and a new home from Ray. Both dreams came true for a retired young couple. From the first phone call he felt like a friend first. Recently we considered buying one property on a lake and he advsied us not to. It turned out to be the right choice now. If that is not looking after your clients best interests nothing will. I was in sales as well and know immediately when a professional is at work. Didi and Ray are the Best..
